Refund policy

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of your digital download and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available. All sales of digital products are therefore final once access is granted.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact rebecca@differentiatedteaching.com within 14 days, and we will work to resolve it.
